I Covet Bacon (Bacon-Nutella covered Frozen Bananas)

I have a new favorite pair of pajama pants.  Bacon comes in pant-form now.  A friend on facebook just had to show off his pair.  72 hours later I'm lounging in my own pair.  I covet bacon, is that wrong?

Bacon-Nutella Covered Frozen Bananas
6 ripe, large bananas
1 small jar Nutella
1/2 cup chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips
Lollipop sticks or bamboo skewers, cut into thirds
4 slices of Bacon, cooked, diced fine
1/2 cup cashews, finely chopped

Slice bananas into fourths, discarding the ends.  Place them vertically on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet, and insert a lollipop/skewer in each.  Freeze bananas for at least 2 hours.  We want them to hold their form when dipping.

When bananas are frozen, melt the chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips in a double boiler (saucepan with boiling water and a larger glass bowl sitting on top), adding the nutella towards the end.

Dip each banana into the chocolate and roll immediately in toppings.   Freeze for another hour or so until serving.

Recipe yields approximately 24 banana pops.
